The Obi “Painted Tie” Launch Party

The Obi "Painted Tie" event on July 7th from 5.30pm at the Maleny Community Centre, launches the Obi Art Prize exhibition and is the Celebration announcement of the winners of the National Obi Art Prize Sponsored by Maleny IGA.Great Food, drinks, music from Hayden Hack and Tim Hall (ex Whitlams) and other Sing for Change artists Dance Performances by Heartspace Dance Co. Fundraiser for the Maleny Neighbourhood Centre.Get first pick at the paintings in the exhibition, prior to the winners announcement, help raise funds by buying tickets in the raffle which has a huge amount of prizes to be won. You can also cast your vote for the Peoples choice award sponsored by Ken Mills Toyota and go in the draw for Mauijim Sunglasses from Judi Coey Optometry..This is a great informal night with a fun edge, wear a colourful painted tie however you want to wear it and you could win a bed and breakfast voucher to SPICERS CLOVELLY ESTATE.
