Horizon Festival of Arts & Culture are calling for submissions from artists or groups of artists to develop and present new work as part of ART IN PLACE, a focus-area for the Horizon Festivalin 2018.

The Creative Alliance is offering 20 lucky punters tickets to attend this popular event. Expressions of interest (EOI) are now open for musicians and those in the music industry, aged 15 - 25 years.
