SCCA expands The Refinery in an exciting new direction

We are pleased to announce SCCA is growing The Refinery into an ecosystem of programs focussed on the intersections of art, technology environment and design. Our goal is to nurture a pipeline of technologically engaged creative practitioners ready for new markets and audiences.

Sharing the milestone with our community

We celebrated the launch of our new direction at The Moffat Beach Brewery. Special guest, author and journalist, Benjamin Law, joined SCCA President, Megan Williams, for an engaging conversation. Benjamin's ties to our region provided a unique perspective on how art and culture influence our region's identity. Serving up just the right blend of celebration and sincerity, the event was the perfect way to share this milestone with our community.
