9th Annual AGM is called for 2017
When: 6pm Thursday, October 26th, 2017
Where: The Old Ambo (Black Box Theatre), 80 Howard Street Nambour.
All are welcome to attend. At the AGM all Office Bearer positions become vacant. Nominations are now called for the positions of President, Vice President,Secretary, Treasurer and our Management Committee (3 or more positions).
If you are a member and you would like to nominate for a position, please complete and return the attached nomination forms attached by Friday October20th .
If you are a member and intend to vote, but cannot attend the AGM, a Proxy Vote form is attached.
